Hello Guys, in this blog I am posting few of the real interview experience which you can refer for both TSLP/DCA interview which was conducted for internal associates. Some common areas to focus are listed below: This exam also known as Digital Capability Assessment to give double salary to existing employees and to make their learning path good.

TR + MR combined:

What are the components in datastage
What basically u use for it
What ur job does in datastage
What are the logics in it
Any digital technology learning
Firebase database(how u query what are the commands and how u define the firebase in android where u import it)
Explanation of my android project that i did in btech : model of database in my project
Scenario based: how would u react it you are given support role, how u rate yourself in dev vs support.
What is agile
What is retrospective document
Where do you see urself in 10 years and what if you are not given the role in tcs
Interview duration:35min
Experience 2:
MR interview:
1. Introduction to current project
2. On which platform/technology they are using in the project. He asked me on which language I’m working on.
3. As I said dot net and sql - he asked me the versions of dot net framework and sql which I’m working on and also asked their latest versions.
4. Experience and journey so far in TCS and also in current project.
5. He asked one scenario based question . What is the approach I should follow if my client asked me to work on another new application which is high priority.
6. What is the bad thing/department in tcs which needs to be improved .
7. Team count and my role in my team.
8. Any internal/account level activities.
Even though if it is MR interview he asked few questions on sql . What is count(1) and count(*) with the example.
Experience 3:
DCA Interview is Purely Luck Based and Depends on the Interviewer
Duration: 20 Mins
Domain: EAS
TR Interview:
1. Basis Introduction ( Keep it Short if it is TR)
2. Project and Role
3. Certifications
4. Project Technology Related Questions
Experience 4:
Gave my interview just now, duration: 40 mins.
Domain: eas
2 people were there, one for TR and other for HR.
Introduction and all.
TR:
He didn't knew much about my domain, so he asked questions based on oops, SQL, DBMS, sap and project related.
HR:
1. Project and role.
2. Any customer appreciation.
3. If there were/ will be any conflicts in your team ,how will you work within deadlines.
4. Long term and short term goals.
5. What is the impact of digital technologies, if you know about any then explain with examples from daily life
6. Any appreciation from team/ project lead.
7. What suggestions/ innovations you gave in your project, explain the scenerio.
8. Which technology would you like to work on and why.
They were quite well versed with their fields so they asked many questions.
Experience 5:
Real world application of ML
Do you help your team mates?
what do you bring to tcs?(leadership, etc)
Certification done?
Anything you are passionate?
short and long term goal?
Experience 6:
45 mis interview
MR round took 30-35mins
Basic questions like
Introduction
Where do you see yourself in 10years
Certifications
Current project and my role in the project.
Scenario based ques like what would you if you are asked to night shifts for 2 months straight etc
Relation with the team mates
And etc
TR
Asked about the projects I did in engineering
Interests in other domains (I said ml)
What are different types of machine learning algos and examples for them.
Why do you choose specific algo for specific task.
What is KNN and where do we use it. With a bit of explanation of algo.
What are namespaces in python.
